When should I expect my item?
We only ship within 20-25 business days and takes 2-3 days to receive in the mail. Each item is packed and shipped according to the individual product. Please read shipping before purchasing.

Our Company will gladly send out the correct item as soon as we receive the returned item. We try to complete this process as soon as possible. ( Read More under Policy Tab)
What if my order is past shipping days?
If your order past shipping days, please email ellabeautyproduct@gmail.com for faster response. Our company will update you on your order. We will provide you with a few options. Option 1: Our Company can refund your order. Option 2: Our Company will ask for an extension, until your item arrive. Option 3: Our Company can replace your out stock item with a different item of your choice.
Can I get a Refund?
Unfortunately we don't give "NO" Refunds on any item, unless its past your 5 business days.

What if I want to change size?
Our Company will gladly change item within 24 hours after purchasing.
Change must be requested within 1 business day.
What if my package got sent to the wrong address?
Once Ella Beauty company ships out your package, you will need to handle the issue with USPS. To avoid this issue, please double check your address. Please remember that you will be submitting your address twice, once with ellabeautyproducts site and also with Paypal. The address you submit is the address your item(s) will be shipped to.
